Automated gardener housekeeping — AGENTS.md updates + pending actions manifest.

Changes:

Removed stale supervisor-poll.sh reference from root AGENTS.md directory layout (file was deleted)
Removed supervisor-poll from lib/AGENTS.md "Sourced by" columns (ci-helpers, load-project, parse-deps)
Bumped all AGENTS.md watermarks to current HEAD

gardener/pending-actions.json is empty — no issue actions pending (backlog is clean).
