Dockerfile: caddy:latest is Alpine, needs apk not apt-get. Add python3 which dispatcher.sh requires for JSON filtering since Apr 6. dispatcher.sh: BusyBox mktemp does not support suffixes after XXXXXX template. Remove .txt suffix.
