refactor: rebrand dark-factory → disinto (Closes #15)

- README: rename, add disinto.ai link
- BOOTSTRAP.md: update all path references
- lib/matrix_listener.service: update paths to /home/admin/disinto
- factory scripts: update comments and prompt references
- .env.example: update header
