openhands e0f37ede12 fix: agent-session.sh: monitor_phase_loop should accept SESSION_NAME as a parameter (#187) ... Add optional 4th parameter to monitor_phase_loop for SESSION_NAME, falling back to the $SESSION_NAME global for backwards-compatibility.
