What this sprint enables

After this sprint, a new user can see disinto working end-to-end on a real project:
disinto init → seed issues → dev-agent → PR → CI → review → merge.

This unblocks:

  • Adoption — Example project demonstrating full lifecycle (directly)
  • Adoption — Landing page (the example is the showcase)
  • Contributors (lower barrier to entry)

Complexity

3-4 sub-issues, ~70% content, ~30% scripting. No new services or agents.

Risks

  • Maintenance burden (mitigated by keeping example minimal)
  • Seed issue quality (must hit sweet spot: not too vague, not too trivial)
  • Scoped to bootstrap-to-merge only (deploy profiles are a separate milestone)

Recommendation

Worth it. Single most impactful adoption artifact. Should be dead simple — static site or shell-only — zero language dependencies.

Reply ACCEPT to proceed with design questions, or REJECT: <reason> to decline.
