Vision issue: #851 — CLI word "agent" is overloaded — role vs hired forge user

What this enables

Single, unambiguous meaning for "agent" across CLI, docs, and TOML. Unblocks future agent management commands without inheriting the naming confusion.

Complexity

3 files changed substantively, ~3 sub-issues, 95% gluecode rename + deprecation shim.

Recommendation

Worth it. Small, low-risk naming fix. Option A ("agent" = instance, rename role subcommand to disinto role) aligns with existing TOML and container naming.

Risks

Script breakage mitigated by deprecation alias. Sprint overlap with #557 — this should land first.
