  • All AGENTS.md watermarks refreshed to HEAD (6bdbeb5)
  • Root AGENTS.md: added nomad/jobs/ and tools/vault-* to directory layout
  • nomad/AGENTS.md: updated "What does NOT live here yet" section (forgejo.hcl now exists); added vault/policies cross-reference
  • vault/policies/AGENTS.md: added watermark (was missing)

Review gardener/pending-actions.json for proposed grooming actions. These execute after merge.

Promotions to backlog (10 issues):

  • #900 vault policy path glob bug → backlog
  • #898 pipe-separator corruption in vault-import.sh → backlog

  • #890 hvault.sh wrong mount prefix (secret/ → kv/) → backlog
